Hi, so i was here a year ago and lost nearly five stone in a year!! Yes it was very hard and I was so strict with my self. I looked great felt great then I let it slip and I've put back on over a stone so I'm back her to healthy eating and starting exercise again tomorrow!!
Just wanted to see if anyone else is starting again with me??
