Lots of regrets, often it's the way I handle situations or talk to people.
I've made lots of very bad choices when I look back0 -
I wish I did more drugs in college.0

Food-wise I did ok...actually lost weight, kept exercising.
Go get some egg nog if it's still out there! You can fit a glass in your cal budget. Don't imo get to where you resent yourself...feels bad
Happy 2018! Good luck with your goals this year.
I'd purposely choose, a Whitney Houston song; purely to make a fool of myself!
I know the feeling, I even lost weight during my 2 week deficit break; I am guessing due to shivering because I otherwise ate/drank, at my maintenance!
There wasn't any remaining!
Thank you, immensely & you also!1 -

I only ½ regret that, the other ½; I blame the school system for! Not 1, of my health classes; taught CICO!1 -

Thank you, very much!0 -
Tons of regrets. Not that deblitating meaning that everyone thinks, but a lot of things I wish I did, wish I didi different, and wish I didn’t do.0

Bad choices, plenty but my regrets can be counted in one hand, maybe a few fingers.0

I regret ever laying eyes on my ex. But then; without him I wouldn't have my kids. All things work together for good. I also regret listening to other people and not furthering my degree.
Small regrets; like overeating last week, not starting my cake toppers already, stuff like that. Those are fleeting. Life is too short for regrets and it is as miserable as we make it or allow it to be. If you're not happy about something, change it. When you stop taking breath you can give up hope.
Anyway, way too serious for eggnog (which I have never tasted btw)1 -

I regret the same thing. But... and I love my daughter more than anything but still wish i never met my ex. I would always have my daughter even if i didn't meet my ex, just wouldve had her with someone worth my time and effort and that person would actually be a good mother.2 -

Also true. A soul could have entered the world another way. However, they would never be these exact individuals. I wouldn't love them less, and I wouldn't miss the kids I have now because they would be as undefined as every child I have already missed out on having throughout my life. But I still don't regret having my boys. They are my reward (and my reason) for surviving that relationship0 -
I've had plenty of regrets in life. Some things I wish I had not said/done and and some I wish I HAD said/done. It probably all evens out in the end, somewhere, maybe ...0
