I started my diet 10.02.17 with a targeted weight loss of 30 Ibs within three months (starting 185 Ibs target 155 Ibs). I want to be healthy for my wife, my son and my baby daughter. To have the ability to be there to experience all the milestones in their lives means the world to me. I am happy to say I stuck to a strict diet plan, coupled w/cardio and circuit training I am down to 154 Ibs. Although, it is a great milestone, it’s just the first hurdle and know it’s a lifestyle change that doesn’t end with just hitting the goal. Could use positive energy from like minded people trying to make changes for a brighter future!

    Wow - what a great accomplishment! You should be proud of yourself. You’re correct that is definitely not a short term commitment, but a lifestyle change. I have found that having friends for motivation and accountably has helped substantially. That may make it easier for you, as well. Feel free to send me a friend request if you’d like!
