Hi

I am new to fitness pal but have wanted to lose weight and get fit for some time. I have PCOS and have struggled with my weight since puberty. Recently I have been diagnosed as pre-diabetic. I have done the diet bandwagon before but nothing really seems to stick. Now I have a goal. I want to get pregnant in the next 12 months. This means that I need to make some serious improvements in my weight and health over the next year.

I am seeing a nutritionist and she suggested journaling as a way to keep track of food and activity levels. So here I am!

Hi! I am not from Canada (Alabama actually) but am dealing with PCOS too. My husband and I are trying to conceive also. Good luck! I lost around 9 pounds earlier in the spring and was amazed with the difference it made with my cycle. Keep working hard. It will pay off.
