Hi, I have a new Fitbit which I'm struggling to add to My Fitness Pal. Can't disconnect my old one in order to add my new one. HELP!

Use both the web versions of MFP and Fitbit to disconnect. It may help to turn off Bluetooth temporarily or put the new Fitbit far away from the computer you are using so there is no connection trying to be established. It may help to verify all data for both MFP and Fitbit are stored on the web version, then uninstall the MFP and Fitbit mobile apps before trying to disconnect.
Once you have verified the old Fitbit is disconnected on BOTH MFP and Fitbit websites, use the web version to connect MFP and Fitbit. Once that is working, then reinstall MFP and Fitbit mobile apps.
If this does not work, I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages...

MFP only recognizes your Fitbit account, not a specific Fitbit1
