I’m not new to MFP, but I’m new to the Community. Never have tried it...hopefully this will help me with my goals. I am currently at my heaviest: 204 lbs. My goal is 160 lbs. Ideally I would love to achieve that by this time next year. I’m not good at staying accountable because I “know” the right things and often fall off the calorie counting on Week 2 because I’ve been associating it with an unhealthy relationship to food. When really I don’t think I trust myself to bounce back after a splurge meal. Which happens. But I’m such a perfectionist. Anyway. Here I am. This is me. Thank you for this outlet. Now, let’s crusj some goals!
