How much does your weight fluctuate the week before your period? 5lbs? 10? When is the best time after to weigh to get your most accurate weight?

    I don't know but it's a lot sometimes, I think I weigh a lot less than I think because of that and other reasons. My period is over I think. I hope so

    I think weigh yourself 1 day after it ends.
    But I been weighing myself 5 times a day
