keto breakfast shake

hello all,
I always start my day with a banana smoothy but with my Keto switch i've had to alter my smoothy, the list i have so far goes like this:


Almond Milk Unsweetened, 125 ml
Liquid Stevia, 4 drops
Pumpkin Seed, 1 tsp
Linseeds, 1 tsp
Chia Seeds, 1 tsp
Macadamia Nuts - Whole, Raw, 2 nuts
Pecans, 3 pecans
Ancient Nutrition - KETO Protein Banana Cream, 0.5 Scoop
Australian Full Cream Milk, 125 ml
Spices, cinnamon, ground, 0.33 tsp

my macros for this turns out to be: carbs 22% (10g) fats 66% (26g) Protein 22% (19g)

im rather sad as its not all that good! anyone know how this can be improved? make it taste better?.. maybe a little thicker ..

    use greek yogurt, cottage cheese or avocado. I'd get rid of all the seeds, whole nuts, and full cream. I'd then use those calories for cottage cheese and peanut butter/almond butter.

    Keto diet gave my dad a heart attack a month in. Please be careful and eat healthy/unsaturated fats
