Getting back to healthy

Just joined MFP yesterday and can already tell the food tracking alone is helping. I got off track with the gym and meals are often processed because life is busy and not enough time in a day, plus I'm a tired, recently single mom of 2. Can't wait to get some jiggle off and some endurance back!
