I’m currently on the HMR diet through a local hospital. Looking for ways to doctor up the meals, swap ideas, and share successes!

I'm currently doing the healthy solutions HMR program. I've dropped 52.5 pounds since the last week in October. I've been flavoring my shakes with sugar free/fat free pistachio pudding. It's addicting. If you stay in the box, you can't help but lose weight quickly.0

I was on the HMR program last year and lost 65lbs in a little less than 5 months. I'm getting back to it now. jfan, I saw on another post that you do your shakes with coffee. I do too. My first shake of the day, (at about 1pm....I work overnights), is a double shake made in the blender with ice, coffee and caramel extract. It keeps me full until dinner.1

I'm about to start HMR. should I just not complete my days? I've heard something about the under calorie warning and the app not logging correctly. Does anytime know more?0
