I can very easily inch back up (like I did a few months ago) but not this time. I am again committed to myself and getting my body in the shape its supposed to be in. I think in my new committment to myself for dinner I will be good and have meatloaf with mashed potatoes (Lean Cuisine, of course) and a big ol bowl of corn or green beans (I havent quite decided yet).
