I decided to go back on here to track my diet for strength and weight training. I'm 5'3" and currently 119 lbs. I've had a skinny fat issue for a long time and I have no butt ☹ I really want to get ripped, with abs and butt, squat heavier than 50 lbs, ect.Any advice and motivation would be greatly appreciated.
