Hi Everyone! My name is Shirley and I'm new to this site. Last year I lost 50lbs and kept off 40 of it. I'm trying to loose those extra 10 lbs. and it's a struggle. I promised myself, I'm not buying new sized clothes, so I'm going back on my program to get back where I was. Don't get me wrong losing 50 lbs. was great and I'm proud of myself, but my BMI is still to high. I still need to loose additional weight to get to a healthly BMI, which is why I'm here. I just started using this site 3 day's ago, and I'm really motivated. Keeping track of what you eat, exercise, your weight is half the battle for me!
