I am beginning a New journey with trying to lose weight again for the 100th time. I pray I stay motivated. The hardest thing is staying on track. Encouragement welcomed...

I have found that pre-planning a weekly menu and pre-logging really helps keep me on track. Best of luck on your journey1

Maybe you are doing it wrong, and it's hard to stay motivated if you do it wrong. Losing weight is simple - eat less (and move more). But it isn't easy (most of us would love to just eat more and move less). So to succeed, you have to find ways to move more and eat less that doesn't feel like turture, so that you can keep doing it for the rest of your life. This means that you need to work on your eating habits, your daily routines, your attitudes and your food environment, all at the same time, and continue to do so.
You can't just try and rely on prayers. Weight mangement is real, hard work and takes commitment and discipline. But it can't be terrible, because it's optional, and if something is terrible and optional, you will just give up.1 -
You've done the first step, now just keep walking forward!0
