Hello, I have struggled with unhealthy eating habits on both sides of the spectrum, overeating, binging, purging, and undereating. I have overcome some of them. Please post here to talk about this. <3<3:)

Something I liked about tracking was I could be sure I was at a deficit but still eating enough. If that makes sense. If I was just freelancing I’d under eat for fear of going over.

That's great that you have been able to overcome some of them! Life always throws you challenges!

One issue I've had is when I find something that is healthy AND delicious, I tend to eat too much of it because I tell myself it's healthy!

I track my calories and also synchronize and app that count how many steps you walk a day and it will adjust and add calories to your day which is nice if you need a little cushion.

I have been chronic overeating in past for almost all of high school, and then borderline bulimia, and borderline anorexia/ednos. Now I'm eating low but still healthy I think. <3
