I have a small house and I am a stay at home mom of a 2yr old and also care for 2 boys. So 3 kids under 3. I cant get a gym membership until at least september so what can i use at home during nap times and before they wake up in the morning and after they go to sleep at night? My house is unsteady so any too much movement such as jumping makes the tv rock back and forth and knick knacks move around.
I currently use weights and a resistance band as well as just walking and some dvds but i'd really like some extra equipment. Any advice?
I was thinking maybe a folding treadmill or elliptical or bike or stepper or similar. Any recommendations? I have a small budget. no more than $200

TRX?
Body weight exercises (a copy of "You Are Your Own Gym" is about $20 at Amazon which would leave you $180 for other stuff  )0
