Hey MFP,
I'm back, hopefully. I took a break from mfp to focus on my mental health. I tend to end up in cycles of binging and then restricting and its not healthy. However I want to make changes, I'm getting excited to get back into tracking and working out. My goal isn't to lose weight necessarily, though it would be nice, but to gain muscle and tone up and ultimately feel comfort in my own skin and be the healthiest version of myself.

I'm looking for any advice anyone has to offer
Feel free to add me as well

The main thing is to take care of your mental health. Learn to like yourself, because then you'll feel like treating yourself with kindness.

Weight and muscle changes will flow from that.

    Best wishes.

Also, if you don't jump on any bandwagons, you won't fall off any bandwagons. I'd try keeping eating what you love, but just eat it in portions within a sustainable calorie limit. The best diet is one you can stick to for as long as it takes.

I'm back too! I have gained back all the weight I worked so hard to take off. It was a culmination of injuries & of course too much consumption. It feels good to eat clean again & exercise. Slow & steady wins the race!! :)
