Looking for new ways to be active. What are some of your favorite ways to get a workout in??

I’m a first thing in the AM exerciser, and I like to keep it short and sweet. I started by walking the dogs for 10-15 minutes back in August, moved to run/walk, and then jogging about a mile or two. When the weather started to turn I bought a couple of floor mats and started doing a short bodyweight workout in my basement while still running when I could. Now that there’s snow on the ground I do videos from Fitness Blender - they’re free and are all sorts of different lengths and styles. My goal is a half hour a day, but I’ll settle for 15 rather than nothing at all. Every little bit counts! There’s nothing wrong with experimenting and there’s nothing wrong with keeping it simple. Just make sure to move!0
