One of my coworkers tuned me in to this app, and I gotta day its great for figuring out what I need to change. Like making meals at home instead of eating out. The calorie difference is amazing! My goal is to get down to around 140 lbs within a year, and this app certainly is motivating - I’ve used the elliptical more in the last two weeks than I did in the last few months!

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
