My break through !!!

I have been large my whole life. I’ve tried every fad diet, I’ve had gym memberships. I would lose 20 pounds and then gain in all back. I just read an article (I can’t find anymore) and it changed my life !!!! I eat all day and I eat TERRIBLE food. When I diet I’m hungry because I don’t eat enough! To lose weight you literally just consume less calories then you burn ( or the same amount)! So if I track my steps for the day and any extra mini workout I do if I do it and track the calories I take in, then if I’m hungry still I eat something and just burn that many calories which will help me choose something healthier if I don’t want to do a crazy workout. AMAZING

Congrats, it sounds like you have the right attitude.
Just remember, you can't out train a bad diet. Anytime I start down a bad path I repeat that to myself.
