For everyone who hasn’t yet seen results this year!

Hi all, so after a few rough months last yr I decided that on the 28th of December I was taking control of my body back! Up until Friday/Saturday I only lost 1kg. I have ibs that was giving me trouble! This made me so frustrated at the scale! Today my total loss is 2.5 kg! Stick with it, be consistent and one day you will see results, maybe not on scale but in your clothes etc! And try to include exercise if you can, helps some of us shift the physical appearance of weight! We got this
