I'm a new mother of a 14 week old baby boy, and hubby and I want to try and get back on the bandwagon of losing weight. We have tried everything from MFP to Atkins to Slimming World. Personally I found Slimming World worked best for me about 2 years ago...and then I stopped...and then got pregnant. Right now honestly? I'm trying to keep my head above water and trying to just balance COOKING meals while having a baby rather than relying on a microwave meal/takeaway. So we've begun Hello Fresh (which we tried and enjoyed before) as it's portioned, fresh, and has the calories written on it already, along with MFP. It's going to be a struggle I'm sure, but I just want to feel sexy and healthy again! Would love some support :blush:
