There is a Gaining weight section...
Good luck! You can do it...probably without the supplement, but whatever it takes.1 -
Why not just eat more calorie-dense food? What are your goals? Are you trying to gain 32 pounds of fat?1

My appetite is horrible,,, so far the only thing Apetamin is doing is making me drowsy1

If your appetite is low, you should try eating more calorie-dense foods. Here are some helpful threads:

That is because it's an antihistamine, which in some can induce hunger (IIRC, it does that in 20 to 25% of people).
Look at the links and concentrate on high calorie foods. It's possible your previous way of eating has inhibited your hunger signals. And its possible more frequent eating will change that.1 -

Next time, I'd recommend researching fitness forums or concentrating on the bad reviews, because you do realize how many fake reviews there are right? BTW, if you want to stimulate hunger, go lift a bunch of heavy *kitten*. While it doesn't for everyone, its does with most.0 -

It does work, but you have to use the ability to eat alot to your advantage. You cant just eat the same and expect magic. When i was on it, I was eatin 3-4k cals a day. some days it was so hard, but my stomach adjusted. I continued lifting weights and within 3-4 months I gained close to 20 pounds (fat and muscle). It does work you just have to put in work yourself too.1 -

It only works for a subset of people.. no different than any medication.0 -
