Can't eat but have to. What should i cram in my face?

So my stomach has kind of been in knots lately because of personal things, but I have been trying to still workout and eat right beyond that part of my life. But I have found it have to have the same appetite because of it.

I eat a low carb, high protein diet. I am at 1,009 cals and need to get to AT LEAST 1300-1500 before it gets TOO much later. Any suggestions as to high protein LOW carb foods that are not TOO filling? I feel like I can't fit another pea in me.

Thank you!

Ahh I know the feeling. I suggest peanut butter if you have some, hummus maybe if you are a fan, low fat cheese, tuna but if you are stuffed than yogurt is the best, it won't stuff you any more.

Some cheese? But if this is just one day, I wouldn't worry too much about it, sounds like you have enough going on as it is.

If your stomach is in knots, maybe just wait until tomorrow when you are feeling more calm. Why eat when your stomach says no? You can get a little bottle of peppermint oil....it's therapeutic and will relax the digestive system.

Yeah I would also go with the peanut butter or cheese, pretty calorie dense for a small amount. Although if it's just one day, low calories won't do much harn.

Hope things get easier for you soon x

Low calories don't do any harm as long as there are fat stores adequate to meet the deficit (each pound of fat can release 31.4 calories per day). And while we track by day, you really get more than that for things to average out. Making sure your vital nutrient totals are healthy over a period of days is important; the calorie count less so (as long as the deficit doesn't exceed what the fat can make up).
