Hey guys! So I love heath and fitness. I'm a personal trainer so I have no problem working out. BUT. I LOVE FOOD. I tend to over eat and no matter how fit and strong I am, I have always been over weight. Once I lost 30lbs and I felt amazing at 130lbs with tons of muscle. But now I'm 150lbs again. I really need help and support reminding me that I can't just work out. Diet is also very important. I mostly eat healthy foods, but I also eat more carbs, sugars, and deserts than I should. I just stopped drinking. It's been a week! Which for me is pretty significant. Cutting back will help me, but my friends are really bad influences and so I am reaching out here. Can't wait to (re)start my journey towards a size 4!
