I am 55 year old male, I took last year off due to injuries and personal reasons. Back at it now, and want to be more accurate on Macros and Flex Dieting. I am very active, Crossfit, Cycling and Hiking. I am 215lbs now at 5'-7", and I want to get back into the 190's.

IIFYM is a good place to start. It does exactly that: calculating macros. Good luck!0

What are you needing help with? What to choose as your macro %s or how to technically set up your goals on MFP?
Different macro ratios will not directly affect your weight loss, calories do that. Macros can affect satiety and health, and different macros affect people differently.1 -
Use one of those calorie and macro calculating sites, like IIFYM. Best site I've seen is https://damnripped.com/tdee-calculator/. Just punch in your stats, and it'll give you your daily calorie goal depending on your weight loss goal, and the macros to go along with it, varying (keto, high protein, high carb).0
