inspiring weight loss victories for january so far

starting weight 222
current weight 208

1.my waist is getting slimmer with each day that i stay close to my 1200 cal mark and 60 mins of youtube 2.excersizes (mostly squats and kettlebell circuit type stuff).
3.i fit completely behind the steering wheel of my car without rubbing all up on it lol
4.my size 20 jeggings and leggings are falling off my *kitten* so i am going shopping for 16/18's this weekend!
5.my face is clear and my cheekbones are starting to show. my double chin is starting to retreat
6.the water is doin my body good. i feel energized and healthy. soda sucks now!
7.i already feel my actual stomach has shrunk and im much fuller with about 50% less food
8. my husband, friends, and family are legit proud of me

what are your victories?

  • lol so i didnt relaize you couldnt curse in your posts. i typed the curse word for butt and it changed it to kitten, which actually sounds dirtier somehow lol

    Great job! Clear skin is one of my favorite benefits from exercise and eating well! Don't be surprised if your rate of loss slows a little after the first month - during that first month you are losing a lot of water weight and weight from less food in your digestive system, as well as fat. Keep up the good work and have fun shopping!
