Cauliflower with cheese sauce

I was given this recipe by a friend of them & love it!

1 med. cauliflower, broken into flowers
1 tbsp. plain flour
3/4 cup fat-free milk, divided
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup(2 oz) shredded fat reduced cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. fat-free sour cream
2 tbsp. (1/2 oz) shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese

Cook cauliflower, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 8 to 10 min or until tender; drain.
Place cauliflower in a serving dish; set aside & keep warm.

Combine flour & 1/4 cup milk, stir with a wire whisk until smooth.
Combine flour mixture, remaining 1/2 cup milk, salt and dry mustard in a small saucepan, stir well.
Cook over med. heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened and bubbly.

Add 1/2 cup cheese, cook over low heat, stirring until cheese melts.

Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, pour cheese sauce over cauliflower.
Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. cheese. Serve immediately.
