Fatty Liver diagnosis - anyone else?

My name is Carole. I am 60, type 2 diabetic, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high triglicerides. I was diagnosed with fatty liver with scarring of the liver yesterday. Was told diet and exercise is what i need to do now. I've been using this app for quite awhile but thought i would see if anyone else had the same diagnosis for support. Thanks.

I had the disagnosis in 2008 stage Zero. I was able to reverse it after losing weight in 2011. Now that I've added back 85lbs I wouldn't be surprised if it is back
