Cyclamate and saccharin sweetener safe daily dose?

I use a sweetener that is mixture of cyclamate and saccharin (one of those sweetners that is in a form of a small pill and comes in dispenser, it's from Germany), I was wondering what a safe daily dose of these is, or how many sweetener pills are too many? I take about 4 sweetener pills daily but today I took about 20 pills in tea, coffee and lemonade and I was wondering if it can have any effect on me.
