Hi guys!
My main source of fitness these days is skateboarding. After a 10 year break from the sport, I've been skating again for the past 7 months and my general fitness has come on strong.
Basically, are there any skaters in the group that want to add me as a friend? It's a good common ground and a bit of fun.

I skate roller derby and have hit a few parks for the first time this year!0

I used to skate and weight train, mostly for the beach muscles. I never considered skateboarding exercise. Still won’t, but you should account for the activity as part of your TDEE0
