I'm tired of stalling on my lifts, bulk mode starts today. Building strength until to the end of Winter, anyone else out there hoping to increase their strength?

Current:
B: 255x1
S: 275x1
D:425x1

GOAL:
B: 315x1
S: 355x1
D: 495x1

Current Weight: 162
Goal Weight: 175

    Just joined a gym and got a personal trainer and started strength training. I have no upper body strength but my goal is to eventually be able to lift heavy.

    Hoping for progress by the new year.

    Awesome! Hopefully your personal trainer puts you on a beginner 5x5 program.

    im still cutting, but lift heavy as to not lose mass. it hurts my overall weight loss some but its not that big of a deal to me. only been working at this 12 weeks and 3 days, but am down a total of 21lbs, but i know its more of bf% than anything. i do all my lifts on a rotation day to day, usually 5-6 days a week. Squat/Bench/Deadlift/Bench/Squat/Bench/Deadlift.... etc


    Current: not sure of my current 1RM
    B: 215 5x5
    S: 315 3x5
    D: 411 3x5

    GOAL: these goals are for a challenge i have given myself to complete by October 1st.
    B: 300+ x1
    S: 400+ x1
    D: 500+ x1

    Current Weight: 273
    Goal Weight: 200

    Calories: 2000 40P/30C/30F Macro Split. i know thats no where close to enough to build strength, but like i said i am also still cutting.

    jlclabo impressive lifts bro, and I used the same macro ratio for my cut as well.
