So you are only drinking shakes and taking in ~600 calories? Why? You won't find support for that nonsense here, and it's against the community guidelines to promote VLCDs.3

It's a starvation diet. Don't do that to yourself. VLCDs isn't even allowed to discuss in here, that alone should tell you something. If you eat food, just less, you can lose weight, and keep weight off and your hair on. It's probably cheaper, too.6

nobody should tell you how to lose weight. do your thing, let me do mine. anyways, mfp won't let you check out though but still, you're going to lose that weight definitely.15

Been on it, ended up deficient in so many nutrients that my immune system tanked. It took 5 courses of antibiotics, nebulisers, build up drinks and sooooo many vitamin pills I rattled to finally get over the chest infection that i regained most of the weight i had lost
Wouldn't reccomend5 -

c) Photos intended to glamorize extreme thinness will be deleted.
d) Those seeking support in their recovery from eating disorders are welcome at MyFitnessPal. A growing list of support resources can be found in our Eating Disorder Resources page.
