It only takes 30 mins a day to looking and feeling healthy. I just did a cardio class at the gym. Now I feel sick??? That's weird!

You may have eaten too soon before training, or not soon enough, or may have eaten something that didn't agree with the exercise you did.
You'll need to experiment to figure out what works for you.
For example: last night, I switched the order of dinner and my workout session both of which are consistent and standard day to day/week to week. about 3 hours later I had pretty severe GI discomfort, which I suspect was caused by training after dinner instead of before.

Agree with the above. Also, you may have felt sick even if you hadn't worked out. I wouldn't make any changes based on one day.0
