Eating on the Road

Retired 49 year old with ~125 lbs to go. Just finishing week five. Sooner or later it's going to get tough. For sure it will in a couple weeks -- I'm about to start a weekly watercolor class three hours away, and the road is a dangerous place for eating and drinking. If any of you have words of wisdom about staying on track while on the road, I invite you to add me.

Thanks for the advice. I'll be leaving home around 1400 and getting back around 0100. The late night drive home will be the toughest.0

I work 40 minutes away so I take healthy snacks with me for the ride.( carrots, apple slices, grapes, granola bars, and things of that nature)1
