Hi Everyone

I actually joined this app a long time ago but deleted it for space but I want to get back on it because I want to be in shape before my boyfriend get backs from basic training in 3 months. I want to loose fat but gain muscle. If anyone has any type of motivation or advice to help me get to my goal I will greatly appreciate it! :p:p

    If you want hypertrophy, lift weights heavy enough to fail between 6-10 reps. Strength improves with heavier weights, but not bulk.
