I'm planning to make the familiar whatever-is-leftover-in-the-fridge-stir-fry tonight. Probably pork, zucchini, mushrooms, carrots and peas. I'd like to mix it up a bit and try a new sauce. What is your go-to or favorite stir fry sauce recipe?
Mine favorite (only) stir fry sauce recipe is,
1 tbsp, Cornstarch
1 tbsp, Garlic, raw
0.25 tsp, Red Pepper Flake
0.25 cup, Sugars, brown
0.75 cup, Low Sodium Soy Sauce

I use:
1 cup liquid aminos
2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1/2 c water
2 tsp honey
1 tbs garlic
1 tbs ground ginger
To change the taste up I’ll add a little crushed pineapple and delete the honey.
I too have been desperate for new stir fry sauce recipes!

my measurements are approximate as i eyeball this recipe:
2 tbs oyster sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 bunch minced fresh garlic
1/2 tsp or so minced fresh ginger
dash of pepper
1/2 - 3/4 cup water
1-1 1/2 tbs cornstarch
this is my recipe i use when i am making something with protein in it that needs a definite sauce
for stir-frying vegetables like brocolli or shitake mushrooms and celery or carrots or what not i just shake on some oyster sauce and a little bit of soy sauce directly onto the vegetables and add minced garlic. this is usually enough to get a nice flavor. a little healthier without the cornstarch and nice and easy (lazy !)
it's worth the trouble and expense to buy the oyster sauce. it tastes really good and makes it authentic oriental stir fry

I actually use Lawrys sesame ginger marinade. It's awesome and lower sodium than soy. I sauté garlic and ginger first, then all the other stuff, and then the sauce. Sometimes, if I want more liquid, I add a little broth.0
