Hi,
Has anyone had an experience with miscarage? I recently had another miscarage this time at 3 months. We were both really sad. I have noticed every time I have one I seem to gain 10 to 15 lbs back. I eat when I am sad. What is your experience?

I am so sorry for your losses. I have not had a miscarriage but I have lost a child, I also turned to food but I gained about 80 lbs over the following 4 years. I was severely depressed and reluctant to seek help.
It wasn't until I was ready to change my habits that I coped with it. Try to find other hobbies to occupy your mind when you are feeling sad. Join support groups if you haven't. When I wanted to eat, I laced up my shoes, turned on my earbuds and walked and walked till I felt I could cope with going back to my empty home. I can go on and on with my experience/loss. I wish you the best and reach out for help if you need it, please.9 -
I’ve gone through it once. I’m so sorry for your loss. A good book that you may find comfort in is called Heaven is for real.6

I had a miscarriage last year. I went through a period of depression which I hid really well and that is the worst thing you can do. Ask for help. Talk to friends, find support groups if need be. Also try to find positive ways to occupy your mind while you heal. Best of luck ❤5

I was supposed to be married a week later but I couldn’t bare the pain anymore and I walked away from the man I loved dearly which sent me further into a depression. I ate my feelings and gained some weight. Found comfort in all the wrong places. And it took me over a year to heal and come out of it. Thankfully for me what I had left behind was still waiting for me. You are not alone. If I could go back I would have talked to someone as I placed a lot of blame on myself. I would have found a support group and found comfort in my friends and family. If you ever want to chat feel free to message me. Big hugs to you ❤️
Oh my god that is terrible
At least you got through that
