mct oil alternative

Ive heard about an alternative to the mct oily mess, especially in coffee bombs, theres a dry form of the oil but some manufacturers used additives in the manufacturing process that are counterintuitive to low glycemic reaction, any more info would be appreciated . Dave

    It sounds like overcomplicating very simple stuff. To lose weight: Eat less, move more.
