Supplements? Pre-workouts?

Just wondering if and which supplements you guys are into lately? Pros/cons?

I currently just use a pre workout (the c4 ripped to help with fat loss as well) but I only got introduced because that's what my husband is into. I've seen some supplements on bodybuilding.com like the NLA for her products but was curious what the mfp community is into! Thanks!

    I don't use any really. Sometimes a protein shake, but only because I need a snack and don't have time for much.
