Easy and healthy Crock-Pot spaghetti

Use a bottle of jar spaghetti sauce, flavor of your choice
One and a half jars water
One box of 16 oz spaghetti noodles broken in half
One chopped onion
One diced tomato
1 pound thawed ground turkey, no need to cook first. Cut it so it's not long strings
1 bag frozen broccoli florets
Italian seasoning to taste
Add everything to the crock pot
Cook on high for about 3 hours or until done, time can vary according to your Crock-Pot
I usually try to stir it a few times while cooking.
