Exercise, exercise, exercise. Exercise is not necessary to lose weight. Exercise is necessary to improve health and fitness. I testify to the truth of the previous sentence, as my multitudinous hours of cardiovascular exercise in the past 2 years brought my blood pressure down, down, down, to darn near low. It also brought my resting heart rate down, down, down, to darn near dead. But, I'm alive. I'm vigorous. I took an on-line Swedish medical self-exam which answered that I have the cardiovascular fitness of a teenager. Too bad I don't have the libido of a teenager, but that's another story.1
