I was just diagnosed! My doctor told me cardio is amazing if you are prediabetic from the pcos as there is a link between cardio and lowering your glucose levels! Just a suggestion!2

I was diagnosed in 2009 and I won’t lie it’s a constant battle to balance your hormones. Primarily, I stay away from whole milk, white rice, and bread. Try 2% milk if you can’t be without it and in minimal amounts. Whole wheat breads, brown rice, vegetables, fruits to a minimum are a norm. Basically follow a diabetic’s diet. And if you can do more vegetarian meals that would be great and will help you balance your system out. G’luck1
