Hi! I'm 46yo personal chef, who's always been in the rounder side of life. I've successfully lost weight before, but I was a stay at home mom then..not in kitchens all day. Over the years my weight has crept back and somewhere I lost control altogether! I'm trying to lose 50# to get to 150#, still a little more than I should but it's a good start. I've already lost 21, but have stalled out. Since I'm back cooking full time & must also taste throughout the day I'm wondering if I'm taking in more than I think. Right now I guess the calories of these tastes, but does anyone else have experience with losing weight in this scenario? Thanks!!

I’d say limit the tastings to a teaspoon per meal cooked, write down your recipes so you can skip the tastings eventually...and do some excercise and stretches while cooking...don’t do it with a knife in hand though.1
