Need to Gain weight

Hello everyone!
I am 55kgs with 5.7” height , i am not able gain weight , i eat alot in a day but still lack my target, only eay i gain weight is by gymming and excersise , i got my shoulder dislocated three months back due to which i cannot go to gym and i am loosing all my gains which i gained during gyming , please help me to maintain and gain weight as i am sick and tired of being the slim guy tag

The only way you gain weight is by eating more than your maintenance calories.
Setup MFP to gain .5 pounds a week, hit that calorie target every day. If you struggle to eat your calories, add in higher calorie foods, continue to eat adequate protein in your diet as well.

you might aim for more calorie dense foods (peanut butter; rice; ice cream) rather than volume - to help you get to your calorie goals; think about things like smoothies/milkshakes for calories on the go0
