    I have a free timer app on my iPhone that has Tabata, AMRAP an Stopwatch options. It seems to work well. It just shows up as Timer as the name of the App on my phone.

    I'm pretty sure my phone has a timer feature associated with the alarm.

    I have a cute Parrot Timer I use. It's Android,but they probably have an iPhone version too.
