I am not new to the MFP community but I need some friends to help encourage me to work out and to log. Also would love friends on my map my walk app as well!

    We can do this! I'm going for a 110-120lb weight loss (starting at 278 in November), I'm 30lbs down and so many of my normal cravings went away after month 1. I focus day by day making the best decision I can, and still do have an occasional treat that fits into my calorie and macro goal.

    Logging has helped me so much the past 2 months. When I thought I was eating healthy in the past, I was definitely not! I have a lot of yummy recipes if you need any ideas!

    I'm on a similar journey, about 110 lbs to lose and never find its way back. It will take time, blood, sweat and tears I'm sure. We can do it though. Feel free to add me.
