Bowflex dumbbells and others

At home I have Bowflex dumbbells, Bowflex cable ultimate, and a decline incline bench.

Was hoping to get more room for get my old sqaut machine down there.

Who works out at home, I also have a gym membership, just haven't made it there lately.

Hope to this weekend, my life makes a turn and get movitaion after this 16lb down

    Lots of people here work out at home.

    I do and have a full lifting setup in my garage (far better eqipped than many gyms), plus a spin bike and rower in the house.

    I also have a gym membership which is free thru my Medicare Plus health plan but I seldom use it because I've got everything I need at home and prefer to work out there.

    When I do go to the gym, it's just to use the Stairmaster, treadmill and/or elliptical or just to use the streamroom and sauna.
