I started my weightloss journey and joined My Fitness Pal back in 2016 but never used it. So here I am, I have been using this site for a few weeks and decided to start a blog and check out the community. You could say I have been on a somewhat unsuccessful search for a diet method that I would be able to use to lose the weigh and then maintain.
It's the maintain that alludes me, I am sure others can relate. Total sick of the yoyo dieting. Seems like I have been on a diet for 30 years. OVER IT. I read a book by Jason Fung, it all made sense, so I believe I am on the right path now. So, I have chosen to following a KETO/FASTING protocol and in the 3 weeks I have been tracking I am happy to say I have lost 4kg.
