Hello everyone! I’m doing 80 Day Obsession (currently day 5)! I’m an open book with my food diary. I’m going 100% on this program regarding timed nutrition and no cheats! Feel free to add me. Let’s motivate each other to get into the best shape of our lives!

    What is that? I need some inspiration: I keep losing and gaining the same five pounds and I really need to keep losing 40 more of them.Would love to try something that keeps me on track for 80days!

    It’s the newest program from Beach Body. It’s 80 days of new workouts and macronutrient based timed nutrition. It’s more intermediate/advanced so I would say it’s on the level of Insanity. You can start at any time on BeachBody on Demand. I love it so far!

    Hi! I love your commitment. I’ve been doing it everyday so far. My eating has been on track too, but not timed. Good for you! That takes a little more planning than I can fit right now. I’ll add you.
